Bug Description
When I add San Francisco, wrong time is displayed. Time for other cities in the same time zone is correct.

Thanks for spotting this.
I can confirm this, just by adding SF and Mountain View.
From the code, SF was set to the timezone of Costa_Rica, which is one hour ahead of it:
