Run the ubuntu-experience-tests on every image

Bug Description

The ubuntu-experience-tests package has just landed into the archive, so now we can run these tests on every new image and show the results on the dashboard.

To run the tests:
install ubuntu-experience-tests
autopilot3 run ubuntu_experience_tests

Can you give some more details on what these tests do, how long it takes to run them, and where you see them fitting in the process?

They test the integration between multiple projects. Currently there's only one experience test that's a regression test for when you open online accounts using url dispatcher and swipe it away to return to the dashboard.
So currently it takes less than 3 minutes, most of the time is spent restarting unity.

The next batch of tests launches all the apps from the launcher.

And after that we are working on tests that perform tasks that involve more than one app, like changing the background.

Eventually (in two or three months), this suite will take one or two hours to run. What I would like in the end is to get all the current tests that the dashboard runs as autopkgtests, and run this integration suite just after a new image is published.

For now, we can just run it in parallel with the other tests that the dashboard reports.
