Bug Description
I'm not sure where the blame is, but if you create a ticket like:
ubuntu-ci create_ticket -t "hope it works" -d "description of test. hope it works\!" -b 123 -o <email address hidden> -s ./cli/tests/
NOTE: I was trying to use an exclamation mark. The jenkins job for the lander fails when it tries to parse resulting json we create. I was trying to fix a different issue at the time, so i'm just denoting this and moving on.

I'm testing a fix now, but its only broken when using the backslash character in the ticket's title or description. Should have something ready soon, but am bumping the priority down just to better reflect the severity of the issue.
