Bug Description

Hello,

We are using cdimage to build our derivatives ISO and the recent migration to python is a little problematic.

The code in cdimage/lib/cdimage/germinate.py make use of LOCAL and LOCALDEBS but none are imported from shell environnment.

I made a patch to add them.
