Bug Description
Sometimes during a presentation using the official Canonical/Ubuntu presentation templates the font keeps falling back from 'Ubuntu' to the default font of Arial. Ideally the default font would be set document wide so that when working within an existing template the font will follow that document (for example, when adding a new page).
Investigate the behaviour and try to nail a solution that keeps the default/selected font consistent.
