Bug Description

The get started section at web style guide (http://design.ubuntu.com/web-style-guide/) only provides this asset:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="http://assets.ubuntu.com/sites/guidelines/css/latest/ubuntu-styles.css"/>

But I do not see the javascript and css files needed for responsive layout.

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for pointing this out, you're right that this is not complete.

The Web section on design.ubuntu.com will be redesigned at some point in the future, as we are now following the Vanilla style guide and working on a brochure site theme that can be applied on top of the basic Vanilla CSS.

You can get more details on the GitHub project page https://github.com/ubuntudesign/vanilla-framework and on the documentation site for Vanilla https://docs.vanillaframework.io/ - we are working on this site to include more information.
