Bug Description
Encyclopedia is not able to create an alias that starts with 'no' unless it already exists as a separate factoid. The factoid replacement code seems to be interferring.
Example:
<Pici> -notunity
<ubottu> notunity has no aliases - added by Pici on 2011-10-13 14:08:44
<Pici> nounity is <alias> notunity
<ubottu> I know nothing about nounity is <alias> notunit yet, Pici
Workaround:
<jrib> !nounity is exists
<ubottu> I'll remember that, jrib
<Pici> !no nounity is <alias> notunity
<ubottu> I'll remember that Pici
I was able to recreate this with another alias that began with no.

I can't look at this bug at the moment, but the next factoid plugin (Stormyfacts) doesn't have this bug.
