Bug Description
Currently, the encyclopedia plugin only announces each submission in the configured relaychannel. It would be nice if there was another way of seeing what factoids have been suggested, whether it be part of the bot or web based (web based would probably easier to work with from a user interaction standpoint).
A way to moderate each suggestion would be great too. Perhaps an interface that allows a factoid editor to either Add or Add with Changes.
