filter shows more set of accomplishments collections

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Open Ubuntu Accomplishments Viewer (from Dash or in other ways)
2) Go to Edit > Reload Accomplishments Collections
If you check the filter 'show me:', the record are repeated. This happens every time you do action 2. I started the program from the terminal and unfortunately I did not receive any error.

This got fixed while I was rewriting the filtering algorithms, this bug should be no longer present in development trunk/daily PPA.
