Bug Description
There is a new DBus signal in the daemon: accomplishments
It is sent when daemon completes reloading the accDB. It may be either when the daemon has just started and completed loading the database, or when user (or a SBus client?) requests manual reloading.
When the signal is sent, the viewer should obviously update all data required to represent new state of accomplishments.
