Global database name should be used

The name for the database Ubuland should use should be defined in includes/globals.class.php to speed up releases where we cannot use the default `ubuland` table (and have to go through each file searching and replacing) and when we are running multiple instances on one server (stable and unstable).

This requires defining a variable in globals.class.php, then searching for an dreplacing all direct calls to the database name.
