Ubuntu advocacy kit not on menus in Lubuntu 12.10

I have installed the advocacy kit from the instructions on

and nothing relating to this appears on the menu, the website suggests using dash, which is fine for ubuntu,

This is using Lubuntu 12.10

the kit is in

/usr/share/doc/uak-en/html/C/uak/index.html

maybe the website can suggest users go there if there are issues with other methods of finding it
