Bug Description

scopes that use online account are rejected in store for following comment:

Rejected by Martin Albisetti. “Missing required hooks for 'accounts': apparmor online_accounts_peer_hooks_required (account-provider)
Missing required hooks for 'accounts': apparmor online_accounts_peer_hooks_required (account-qml-plugin)” — Martin Albisetti

Please update the account policy accordingly.

This is confusing. It is unclear which click versions contain the fixes.

Let's always simply attach the clicks with the fix to the bug (not in a tag.gz) for visibility.

However, I installed the following from clocks branch ota13 and they work:
* dropboxcp.canonicalpartners_1.2_armhf.click
* com.canonical.scopes.fbphotos_1.32_armhf.click
* twitter.canonicalpartners_2.9_armhf.click

So fix-released.

I double confirmed these scopes are released through ota13.
