Bug Description
The proposed Trac stats plugin should expose an archive view of the stats in Trac when visiting ie. mytrac.org/stats. Besides emailing the stats, they will also be archived. This archive should be visible in the Trac instance/plugin.

Emailing the stats will be done with a standalone Twisted server as it is now I guess. The archive can be a Trac plugin.
