Bug Description
We've had these weird issues with build slaves getting stuck in "waiting for Lock" state. Buildslaves on Baelnorn are 0.8.3. This does not appear to happen to Tom Prince's Windows buildslave, which is on 0.8.5, so might be worth trying to upgrade them.

This is fine to do, I suppose, but Tom Prince's build slave doesn't use any locks at all, so *that* is probably the reason it doesn't get stuck on them.
