Delete confirmation dialogs do not list selected items correctly

Bug Description

Select one or more nodes/flavors/images and press the (batch) Delete button. The confirmation dialog says: 'You have selected "undefined".', instead of listing all the selected items. This seems to be true throughout Tuskar-UI, while it works correctly in Horizon.

    Fix delete confirmation dialogs

    Divs containing table actions need to have class 'table_actions',
    in order for the confirmation dialogs to work correctly.
