Bug Description
After deploying the overcloud, the UI shows you a script to run to initialize the overcloud. It appears to assume devtest and that ~/tripleo exists and you have a git checkout of tripleo-incubator. That's fine for devtest, but won't work when installing from packages.
Maybe make it so that the script template can be replaced wholesale somehow by the operator? I assume a template is used since it had the right OVERCLOUD_IP in there...

The initialization in UI is now fully automated and supports both devtest and instack.
