Add progress bar animation from the beginning

Bug Description

Add animation on the progress bar from the very beginning (css3 is preferred).

There needs to be visual representation that there is ongoing process.

Solution - add animation also on the gray background.

We could just default on 5% instead of 0.

    Always display at least 5% of the progress bar

    So that the animation is visible.
