Bug Description
Horizon introduced a new navigation style in this commit:

We should fix the styles in Tuskar UI to take advantage of the newly added accordion type navigation. Right now the page layout is totally broken it Tuskar UI (see attached image).

Remove styles that conflict with horizon
Remove the custom styling of Tuskar-UI that conflicts with
the new Horizon layout.
