Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Go to system settings.
Go to online accounts.
Go to add account.
Select flickr.
Add your flickr account.
Open the added account.
(See the attachment)
Note that the row for the scope that wants to access flickr doesn't have an image. That makes it hard to decide if we should allow it or not.
