Manual Trove Installation in trove

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

There are a few issues with the user guide right now:

Cosmetically, is not formatted properly for RST. There are some lines are too long and some extra indentation. We should upgrade this page.
