This looks like a bug. This change broke our Dell Ironic CI builds https:/ /stash. opencrowbar. org/logs/ 77/369777/ 16/silent/ dell-hw- tempest- dsvm-ironic- pxe_ipmitool/ d01457c/. We use the provider network and have to provide allocation start and end , hence a cidr/fixed_range makes more sense
Can we add flag to not use subnetpools?
