Bug Description

Hi,

in the update squad we need to be able to have better coverage of the usptream work and we need a easy way to test upstream code.

Part of this effort is to have the reproducer working on PSI (a openstack cloud provider by redhat), see https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1971605/.

In that context we would like to have a scenario with more coverage and a more achitecture available. The first target would be a 3ctl 1comp using scenario001.
