Bug Description
FFWD upgrade OvsDpdkHCI ceph complete with success
Error in ovs-vctl show
Port dpdkbond0
Interface dpdk1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 13z ovs+dpdk ceph hci
2. Deploy vms with ovs+dpdk
3. Apply FFWD
Actual results:
No ip to vms floating ip and internal network ip.
Expected results:
ovs+dpdk is up without any issues vms are pingable and accesible
Additional info:
ovs restart, solves that issue
