Changes to the Deployment Configuration are lost if you switch to the other tab

Bug Description
The deployment configuration dialog has 2 tabs: "Overall Settings" and "Parameters". If you make changes in both tabs and click "Save Changes" - the changes in the tab you left are lost, and only the changes in the current tab are saved. The "Save Changes" button should apply to changes in all the different parts of the dialog.
