Bug Description
Here is a list of conflicts that should be added in different debian/control files:
automake1.11-kde3: Conflicts: automake (=>1.11)
[kdelibs: BuildDep: automake (>= 1.11) | automake1.11-kde3 ]?
kdesdk-

automake1.11-kde3: Conflicts: automake (=>1.11) wouldn't work because cdbs needs automake in maverick, so just a change in kdelibs-kde3 is needed
also BuildDep: autoconf2.64 | automake2.63 needs to be added in kdelibs-kde3
The problem here is, that "autoconf autoconf2.64 automake cdbs intltool" need to be removed to install autoconf2.63.
Problem at the end is that building kdelibs-kde3 fails with a missing file. Maybe my fault: http://
