[Feature Request] Add user-configurable encoder options

Bug Description

Currently, the encoder options are hard-coded.

I propose users be able to create profiles in ~/.config/Transmuter/profiles/foo Where "foo" is just a text file with the encoder options in it. Also, the profile filenames becomes the name for the desired output format.

So you could call a profile "iPod" and have options in it that suit your iPod.

Appropriate options to let users set can be decided later. I would really just think encoder settings and naming.
