Bug Description
Customer is reporting that unit will shutdown when battery is critically low. The G-P-M setting is set to "suspend" when battery critically low.

Can not reproduce under normal circumstance. When battery power is low, system starts beeping, and enters suspend mode when power is critical low as expected.
Can be reproduced by following steps:
Default threshold: critical 3%, action 2%
system beeps -> battery critical low -> suspend -> resume -> battery status is 1% (under 2%) -> system keeps beeping -> system shut down
