sqenv.sh/sqenvcom.sh needs to be executed outside .bashrc

Currently, our sqenv.sh and sqenvcom.sh script gets executed via .bashrc.
There will be even more once the management stuff comes in.
We do tons of processing here and these are done everytime a shell is started.

We already have SQ_HOME and MY_SQROOT where are added to .bashrc during installation.
We need to remove the sqenv.sh -> sqenvcom.sh invocation.

Our product should be smart enough to use the above variables to get the env directly.
This is how most products work. Hadoop, hbase, hive, etc.

We've seen issues with this setup where we could not log to a node due to something in sqenvcom.sh
