[rild] mako + 20130703.1, rild hogs 100% CPU

Is it just me or is someone having this problem? I just flashed newest daily and still have the same problem;

Just to let you know some information about the baseband and hw versions I have;

HW rev = rev11
Baseband version = M9615A-CEFWMAZM-2.0.1700.48

I've flashed the latest available image 20130709 and I'm still having the same problem.
And I am not roaming.
