Useless menus are shown in context menu

Bug Description
When file statuses are unavailable, tbzr shows all commands in context menu.
But some of them are obviously useless and should be hidden.
e.g. [Annotate] when no file selected, [Log] when 2 or more files selected, etc.

As you said, annotate on multiple files is useless.
But qlog on multiple files is useful.
So not showing "log" menu on multiple files is a separated bug.
