Bug Description
Pressing stop currently is to similar to just pausing the app. Stopping means the user has finished the current work session and is done for the day. This screen should be green and have total time worked and total number of pomodoros. The buttons would be start over (meaning that the pomodoro count would be reset, maybe the total time as well) and quit (which would just close the app)

I partially disagree with you, Sam.
"Stop" really means that the user has finished the current work session, but it doesn't mean that the user won't continue to work throughout the day.
For example. I work every morning and afternoon. I need to stop Tomato when I finish the last work session in the morning, but I do expect that my pomodoro count and work time keep the same when I reopen Tomato in the afternoon.
I think that the app can only be "restarted" when the day ends (if the option is enabled in preferences) or when the user explicitly resets the work in preferences.
