Bug Description
The alarm is really loud.
If it's the only noise my computer is making, sure, I can just decrease my computer's volume. But if I'm listening to music, with the music app at full volume and the computer at a volume such that I'm listening to music at a reasonable level, holy hell, the tomate alarm blows my eardrums off and scares the crap out of me.
Make it about ten decibels quieter?

Actually 10 decibels is too quiet...one third the amplitude seems good:
sudo sox -v 0.33 /usr/share/
Audible over the music without causing heart attacks.
