need bzr to 'make install'

Bug Description
According to Anders Bo Rasmussen <email address hidden>...
> After unpacking the .tar.gz it is necessary to remove the call
> to bzr in the Makefile in order to run "make install"
The only call I see in the Makefile is:
ChangeLog: Makefile
bzr log -v . > ChangeLog
In theory, the ChangeLog should be included in release tarballs, so it shouldn't have to call bzr. But this needs verification and/or a fix.
