search for modified files during timevault 'offtime'

Since Timevault monitors file changes realtime, it will not notice files that changed during times that Timevault was not running. It would be very useful to have an option to (automatically) backup files that changed since the last time Timevault ran. This would be similar to the 'baseline' option, but not for all files, only for recent changes.
