Hours use am/pm instead of 24. Because of missing suffix am/pm, exact time cannot be read.

Bug Description
See the attached screenshot; time is in the evening but timeshift reports it as morning.

It also happens when I change Date notation to English UK.
Presumably just the wrong date string?
