TL does not recover data from unexpected crash

The video data should be made recoverable or at least net be completely lost. Currently the video being collected is saved to a temp file. It should be saved somewhere more permanent while in the collection proses. That way the data wouldn't be lost if the laptop crashed unexpectedly. TL could delete the files it uses to convert the video for the journal entries after the conversion has been done and it can check to see if any of those files exist when TL launches. If one of those files do exist it could convert or recover it.
