Bug Description
On every new instance of tilda, the transparency setting have to be set again.
Every time i set it at 100% transparent. But once i close tilda then on reopening i have to again set transparency settings. This used to happen in Ubuntu 14.04 and it also happens in Manjaro 17.0.2
