sending mail impossible in thunderbird, when plugin is installed and activated

Bug Description
When this plugin is installed, I cannot send any mail or reply to a mail. Only reception of mail is possible. If I deactivate this plugin, then thunderbird works fine. BUT, after some days / wesks, this plugin turns to status active and the problem occurs.
The system is used in a production environment! How can I deinstall this plugin?
