no thunar contextmenu with GTK setting "gtk-menu-popup-delay = 0"

Bug Description
Binary package hint: thunar
- install package thunar 0.8.0
- create file named ".gtkrc-2.0" in ~/
- add line "gtk-menu-
- log out, log in
- open thunar
- right click on an item in the right pane
contextmenu won't show unless right mousebutton is kept pressed down.
