Bug Description
It seems that the vertical fill function (and its derivatives, horizontal fill and angle fill) are not functioning correctly. They only fill a small part of the form, if any. Its results are also inconsistent, and moving a form point can result in no fill being applied at all.
The function does work correctly on Windows. It doesn't work on master or c-conversion, and outright crashes the program in 64-bit, so this could be a problem due to variable sizes not matching in Windows and Linux.
This needs more investigation and debugging.
