problem with filebrowser, file dont get updated, if any FS changes occurs

Bug Description
if any change occurs in filesystem, and you have the location open this will still showing old filesystem files, this occurs for open files too, if you open a file and then change the directory and try to save, you get a not permission error, but this is not the real problem.
to corret i sugest monitor filesystem (file browser) and open files (open tabs).
obs, pyinotify is not a good solution.
