Bug Description
If TextFlow isn't opened and a user open a file from nautilus that is already saved in stored tabs, the TextFlow will ONLY change the active tab to the tab that contains the opened file.
If TextFlow is already opened and a user open a file that is arealdy have a tab, the program shows a warning and the user can choose overwrite or not the tab.
