check for multiple used shortcuts

Bug Description
In the shortcut settings dialog it is possible to use a shortcut more than one time. I mean e.g. I can set "Ctrl+Tabulator" for "cycle_next" and "next_tab".
This make no sense and causes trouble with some (but not all) window managers.
Terminator should check for such multiple use of shortcuts before closing the settings dialog.
