Bug Description
I had not installed telepathy-idle, so IRC support was unavailable. Empathy offered to import my IRC accounts, but the IRC account import failed silently.
If telepathy-idle is not installed, Empathy should either not offer to import IRC accounts, or, preferably, display an error saying that telepathy-idle needs to be installed to use IRC.
