Bug Description

1) $ lsb_release -rd:
Description: Ubuntu 11.10
Release: 11.10

2) $ apt-cache policy empathy
empathy:
  Установлен: 3.2.0.1-0ubuntu1.1
  Кандидат: 3.2.0.1-0ubuntu1.1
  Таблица версий:

3) vk.com profile should be connected as jabber in empathy.

Same thing goes for ya.ru (xmpp.ya.ru) server.

Also new version (3.3.1) from launchpad ppa not only solves this bug - it makes it worse. It's now not connecting at all!
