Bug Description
Every now and then I pick up my phone (mx4 on rc proposed) and open telegram which displays "connecting". While it's stuck in that state (from which sometimes it never recovers) I can't do much, which usually ends up in me closing the app and reopening it (and it connects fine then).
Sometimes it's even worse when it is apparently connected, I do write things and they never get sent. I usually leave the phone alone, waiting for it to send the messages sooner or later, but instead the next time I want to open the app it just displays a blank screen. From this situation the only thing to do is apparently close the app and reopening it, but all the messages written and unsent are lost.
It'd be nice if telegram could keep a local copy of unsent messages to send when it reconnects (and to recover more gracefully of disconnection).

I've already got this problem several times. Good idea, keep a copy of everything
of text that we are entering when we use any messaging application. Thanks.
