filename '-' (stdin) does not work with -r option

Bug Description
In order to work around limitations in traffic selection with tcpdump I am trying to write to a file with tcpdump, and then read that file in tcprstat.
tcprstat will not recognize the filename - (dash) as special, meaning stdin, when given to the -r option.
