Bug Description
Currently tarmac has no plug-in for verifying and requiring signatures on commits in proposed branches. It would be nice to have a plug-in that could verify signatures and fail the proposal on invalid signatures, or to also require that all commits be signed by the author.

A workaround for this is to use the "check_signatures" option in ~/.bazaar/
