Bug Description
It's a witshlist item for "Reducing resources for FTs" in Tacker's antelope vPTG [1]. The main purpose of the wishlist is to share the result of analysis of failures on zuul gate tests for the latest two cycles and details of the analysis is attached to this wishlist.
